The Vaasa railway station is located in the city of Vaasa, Finland. It is located along the Seinäjoki–Vaasa railway; it is one of the termini for passenger trains that use the line, and its neighboring station in the east is Tervajoki.
Why visit
Closing the eastern end of the Court of Appeal Park, Vaasa railway station is one of two surviving second-class stations on the Vaasa line, and its wooden platform canopy is the only one preserved at this scale.
Look for: Notice the row of lime trees lining the track and the old park area, as much part of the station ensemble as the building itself.
