About this site
Lähde sijaitsee Pyhäjärven Hyhkynlahden rannasta 150 m koilliseen, Pispalanharjun rinteessä, rehevässä lehdossa. Lähde on sameavetinen, mitoiltaan 50x30 m. Kohde on perimätiedon mukaan uhrilähde, jonka lounaispuolella on myöhemmin sijainnut vesimylly. Lähteen pohjoiskoillisreunalle on rakennettu kevyen liikenteen väylä, ja länsipuolella on yleinen uimaranta.
