Why visit
At Vaajakoski, on the northern tip of the small headland between Haapaniemi and Sammallahti, a cairn of the lapinraunio type sits on bare rock, south of the motorway and the railway and under a power line.
Look for: The cairn is round, about 3.5 metres across and about 0.25 metres high, built up from fairly small stones.

Kohde sijaitsee Vaajakoskella, Leppäveden Haapaniemen pohjoisreunassa, moottoritien ja junaradan eteläpuolella, Haapaniemen ja Sammallahden välisellä pienellä niemellä, niemen pohjoiskärjessä kalliolla, voimalinjan alla. Muodoltaan röykkiö/lapinraunio on pyöreä, läpimitaltaan noin 3,5 m ja korkeudeltaan noin 0,25 m. Röykkiö on koottu pienehköistä kivistä.
