The Oulu Railway Station is located in the centre of Oulu, Finland, in the city district of Vaara. All trains are operated by VR. Nearby is the Oulu bus station for long-distance buses.

Oulu railway station is the only class II station on the Seinäjoki–Oulu line, and the neo-Renaissance building from Knut Nylander's type drawings is well preserved. Closing the vista of Asemakatu, it still commands the heart of Oulu.
Look for: Notice how the station building forms a stately pair with the station restaurant, terminating the line of Asemakatu.
Oulun rautatieasema on Seinäjoki-Oulu -rataosuuden ainoa II luokan asema. Knut Nylanderin tyyppipiirustuksien mukainen asema on hyvin säilynyt. Uusrenessanssiasema muodostaa asemaravintolarakennuksen kanssa komean parin Asemakadun päätteenä Oulun keskustassa.
