Why visit

A narrow battle trench and one dugout position lie on both sides of Heramontie, beneath the power line. From the Kajaanintie junction almost 300 metres of trench was dug northwards into the esker, and the site is in good condition.

Look for: Under the power line, on both sides of the road, you can pick out a narrow battle trench and one dugout position.
