Why visit
North of the present main road into Loviisa stands an old stone bridge, part of the line of the old coastal road. It fell out of use in the 1900s, when the present road was built about 20 metres to the south of it.
Look for: The bridge is eight metres wide and built of split stone, and it stands in reasonable condition.
About this site
Vanha kivisilta sijaitsee nykyisen Loviisaan johtavan maantien pohjoispuolella. Kivisilta, leveydeltään 8 m, on tehty lohkotuista kivistä ja on kohtuullisessa kunnossa. Silta on osa vanhan rantatien linjausta ja se jäi pois käytöstä 1900-luvulla kun nykyinen maantie rakennettiin noin 20 m sen eteläpuolelle.
