Why visit

Mäntyluoto's railway area in Pori has been overtaken by the harbour's expansion, and its buildings now serve the city's port authority — a fragile remnant of past work and traffic.

Look for: Around the station you can still make out the surviving pieces of the whole: dwellings, outbuildings, an engine shed and, a little apart, the trackman's house — some already demolished.
